I used to sleepwalk through life. I worked in a high-stress job. I commuted 2 hours each day. I watched a lot of TV and gossiped with my co-workers. I got sick a lot and was often angry. I freaked out over little things and was easily agitated.
Then I became a stay-at-home mom and I was still sleep-walking through life. There were joyous moments, but I wore pajamas most days and felt frumpy and grumpy. I was irritated with everyone and everything. I was fearful and anxious about things I couldn’t control. I had a really good life and lots to be grateful for…but I couldn’t see it because I was sleepwalking.
Then I woke up.
I became more mindful and aware. I discovered the power of my own thoughts and words, and how they were affecting me. I began to see how negativity was poisoning my life.
I also began to see how old wounds, anger, and fear were affecting my life. I learned how to let those things go. I changed my words. I replaced the old negative thoughts with new positive ones. And it completely changed my life.
I woke up!
It was like Dorothy waking up in Oz. My life went from black-and-white to full Technicolor!
It wasn’t an instant change. It was kind of an awakening, over time. And I am still the same person. I’m just Mandi. I’m still a mom, and still happily married. But the way I see the world, and the way I see myself is completely different. For the first time in my life, I am really, really happy! I am confident and calm. I don’t worry about what other people think of me. I am not dependent on others for my happiness or self-worth. I know my worth. I know what I am capable of.
I also have a clear picture of why I’m here. I have a vision for my life, and what I’m going to do on this planet. I am focusing on the things I want in my life, instead of the things I DON’T want. I have more balance in my life. I feel connected to God, and to my family. I live in gratitude. I focus on a life of wellness and wholeness. Everywhere I look I see miracles. My life is full of abundance, love, light, and happiness. I have created my dream life. You can do the same.
You can change your life by waking up.
I am here to help. I can inspire and empower you to live your dream life.
