Every word that you think & every word that you speak is CREATING something in your life- whether it’s good or bad.  If you’re ready to change your life, start with changing your WORDS.

Affirmations are statements of specific goals that are phrased as facts.

These simple one-liners can change your ‘mental programming’, replace negative feelings, and transform the way you see yourself and the things around you.

They should be written in present tense, and always in the positive form.

Some examples:

  • I am strong and healthy.
  • It feels great to be my perfect weight.
  • I crave healthy foods.
  • I use my time wisely.
  • I get things done anyway.
  • I believe in me.
  • Life is fun.
  • I deserve abundance.
  • I am a great leader.
  • I am financially free.
  • I pay my bills easily each month.
  • I am safe and secure.
  • I feel calm and happy everyday.
  • I love living in my dream home.
  • I love and forgive myself and others.
  • I have a loving family that supports me.

You don’t want to mention anything that you DON’T want. (weight, pounds, smoking, debt, cancer, overeat, anger, anxiety, fear. stress, sick, etc.) Remember to focus on what you DO want, and only use words that are positive and in the present tense.
